Know your customer!

One of the best tips I give to any to anyone is know your audience. "Know your customer!" 🤔
Working with a client yesterday, we are starting to map out the different communication channels of their business, specifically targeting a different message to each audience and level of the organisation knowing what will resonate from their key messages.
Once you map out all of your communication channels and get a handle on all of the touch points, you can then target each and give the best possible chance of success with not only what you say but how you say it. Your message for each level should be different and the more you know what works and what doesn't will really set you apart from your competition!
Respecting this, I know how busy my connections are. Most CEO's don't want to see more than 2 posts per week and only want summarised value adding content.
Others are happy to receive 5+ posts a week with tips and advice, events, sales or marketing techniques, or even the chance to meet likeminded individuals.
