"Behind the Mask" by Tyson Fury follows his incredible life story from early years in the Travelling community, experiencing abuse and discrimination based on his heritage, to walking through his first 31 years with incredible candour.
The book is a 50/50 split between boxing and his life story, and the honesty in which he speaks about mental health and overcoming personal challenges is humbling. As a long time fan of boxing I thought I knew the man, however he really does come across incredibly well and even though he is arguably the world's number one boxer, he only wants to be known as a father, brother, son and mental health surviver.
I flew through the 280 pages in just a few hours and I can't recommend the book highly enough! 9/10 £9.99 on Amazon
